• Hot apple cider tea & Stevia
• Wearing my Europoles shirt, and it being cool enough to wear long sleeves
• Two brothers offering to pick me up at the airport when I fly home for Christmas, even though it's in the middle of the Sunday Christmas festivities
• Eggnog
• And the prospect of drinking the seasonal Hood eggnog when I get home. I never grew up on it, but ever since Danny said that he craved it last Christmas season, I've been craving it. Funny how that works.
• Naps
• Making a list of happy things on the white board in the teachers' room at school
• Date bars
• Inexpensive car washes
• Ashraf, our wonderful go-fer at school
• Emails from friends
• A great discussion in conversation class on whether women should work outside of the home. The guys who were on opposite sides of the conversation ended up pretty much agreeing with each other, after all, and the single guy articulated the bottom line for all of them.
• Seeing my niece on Skype again. Even though she was so loud that it was hard to talk to Dad.
