Sabbath is Worship

It's so good to stop once a week.

To not work.

Or plan visits with friends.

Or even walk around the neighborhood

(which often turns into visiting friends).

To stay home.

And rest.

And spend time with God.

And relax.

And recharge.

And remember that He works when I don't.

All the time.

And that He works better than I.

All the time.

And that when He does it, the work is done.

And done well.

So stopping is worshipping.

Because it's saying,

"I'm not the bottom line;

You are.

And I trust You."
