Lest the previous post lead you to think that life is always a high, know that also today
the repairman fixed my thumping washingmonst machine (an important thing),
I did three loads of laundry and hung them out to dry (a necessary thing),
I planned more lessons (a satisfying thing),
I wore my outer garment wet when I went for a walk because I didn't time the laundry thing quite right (an awkward thing),
I went to a wedding here for the first time and got to see the groom actually come for his bride (a delightful thing),
and I found out that the reason my internet stopped working after three days was because I had charged the SIM card but not subscribed to the one-month plan. So I burned through the internet credit directly from the SIM. That was a $39 learning curve. I won't make that mistake again (a deflating thing).
