Happy Things

• A mother that reminds me of a God that fills in the GAP (God Always Present) of physical space between her and I while I'm away from home
• God answering Kendra's prayer for 20 students in the last 24 hours!!!
• New EQUIP students and getting to know them
• Watching God answer prayer and give me daily what I need for team devotions
• God making the Scriptures come alive to me!
• "I hate that I have only one plate!" --Nina, at a good dinner
• "See if I take you on any more fun outings!" --Kendra to Tiffany, after Tiffany threatened to have her team rise when Kendra came to the table . . . and Alison's comeback: "We'll wait till you take us on some fun outings, and then we'll do it."
• When Caleb K. got mixed up in the middle of presenting the Bridge Diagram salvation plan to Tim P., and Tim told him, "I'm lost," and Caleb responded (to the class's great amusement), "I'm lost, too."
• Micah was explaining the Bridge to John and drew both sides. He wrote, "Man's side" on the left and asked John what the other side was logically.
  John's response: "God's side."
  Micah's reply: "That's spiritual, but not logical." Turning to the class, he said, "Man's side and . . ."
  John's reply: "Women's side"
