• Seeing Chad and Tom P again . . . and Stacy and Brianne N and the Kruses and Chef Grose and other great people!
• Massive Goodwills and having full freedom of conscience to skip the conference session to shop with Kayla, Amy, and Diane
• Patronizing a variety of fast food establishments: Chick-Fil-A, Arby's, McDonald's, Wendy's (don't take these places for granted, folks!)
  
• Seeing Kerry & Kev and fam again . . . and Kev's parents
• A mall visit with Monica and her buying us matching shirts
• Clyde rising at an ungodly hour to drive me to the Baltimore airport
• Free internet in the Hartford airport so that I could catch up on e-mail and post pictures on Facebook in the five hours I had to wait there
• Having a sudden urge to visit Scandinavia again (Is this a happy thing? 'Cause it isn't happening anytime soon, barring a miracle!)

• Skyping from the Hartford airport with three friends in the Middle East
