Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Anyone doing Thanksgiving lists this year? I didn't have a good chance to get the girls together and challenge them to make them (because we've had long evenings of Keith Daniel meetings this week). I think Paula beat me out with 500 or so items on her list when we had a contest a couple of years back. I'm going to start my list soon. If anyone wants to share excerpts from theirs, I'd love to hear them. I miss having regular chances to share "thankful fors."

We actually did that at church last night. The kids were upstairs practicing for the Christmas dinner theater, so the rest of us met in the basement and went around the room sharing a verse or a song or a "I'm thankful for . . .". I shared some of my favorite verses - Isaiah 43:1-4. However, I'm really thankful that God doesn't give up on us . . . even when I'm a brat, He still loves me and wants to help me change.
