• Having Christmas money to be able to buy a frappuccino and pretend I was at a coffee shop back at home
• Some light at the end of the tunnel in catching up on language study (if I stop procrastinating by calling people on Skype and blogging)
• Positive tax news (and financial news in general)
• Getting to practice language with a patient girl on the debab today
• Friend requests from unexpected people I really like
• Friends who are interested in Craig's CD
• Having time to update my blog
• Having time to catch up on journaling
• A mom who is willing to look up things in stores and send them to me
• E-mails from friends who are praying for me
