Two-Way Conversation

"Lord, please give clear direction regarding my near future. I really want to do Your will, but I'm not certain what it is, and I don't know for sure how to know what it is!"

"In my trouble I cried to Jehovah, and He answered me. . . . I will lift up mine eyes to the mountains; from whence shall my help come? My help comes from Jehovah, who made heaven and earth. . . . Jehovah will guard your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forever. . . . To You I lift up my eyes, o You who are enthroned in the heavens! . . . Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to Jehovah our God, until He is gracious to us. . . . Unless Jehovah builds the house, they labor in vain who build it; unless Jehovah guards the city, the watchman keeps awake in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early to retire late, to eat the bread of painful labors, for he gives to His beloved even in his sleep."

Short version of His answer: "Look at me. Stop stressing; it's my work you're participating in, and I give everything that's needed without your help."
