Oh, grrr. I can't resist sharing a few happy things . . .

• Seeing God at work during a brief visit to an Intervarsity retreat
• Chatting with Josh M. in the parlor, and enjoying the return of Maxwell glory to Fairwood
• Being stared at by two sophomores who determined that I'm exactly like my brother Chad (their teacher) in every way
• Mild November days
• A new laptop computer and being inspired to get it from the material in a recent proofing project, Stewardship
• Capable help on recent Times of Restoration production
• Variety in my life
• Jaycee's amazing desserts at Perspectives planning meetings
• Students who are registering for Perspectives!
• Joel Rosenberg books
• The start of a new season of "heart" groups (small groups at church)
• Making new friends (like Joy and Daniel G.)
• Nostalgia over holidays at ITC and shopping in Indianapolis
• Reconnecting with Tabitha V.!!!
• Mentoring with Heidi and Larissa
• Cooking and baking
• Hanging out with my family on free weekends
• When Clyde comes home to visit (and the fact that next month he may be home to stay for a little while!)
• TJ Maxx--my new beloved store
• Provision of money
• That I can trust God, not my government or insurance companies, to take care of my health and unexpected catastrophes
• Friday testimony meetings
• Prayer meetings that are packed and powerful
• That my car is repaired and running well (I can't thank God enough for that!)
• The messages in "Princess Protection Program" about how being a princess is about who you are, and who you are on the inside
