Happy Things

• When someone opens up, just a hair, and lets you see depth (and pain) inside
• Realizing that I, as a believer at work, am probably the answer to some believing momma's prayers
• Getting to see people change
• Getting to rejoice with people in their successes
  
• A belated Christmas present party thrown for Sarah A., Kayla, and me by the Bible School girls!
  
• Finding a rubber spider in my root beer float, courtesy of the Bible School girls . . . and imagining Amanda B. doing the same thing :-)
  
• The moment in "The Trouble with Angels" when Mother Superior says something like, "She has the same vices I do. How can I be less patient with her than the Church has been with me?" How many times have I felt the same way toward people I've worked with? I see myself in them, and how can I be less patient than the Savior has been with me?
• Being reminded by Mary and Rachel in "The Trouble with Angels" of some certain leaders I have known. (Hmm, is that a confession that I have felt like Mother Superior?)
• Catching up with Ashley N.!
• Catching up with Mrs. Rothenhauser and Mary!
• Being back in my hammock again, because the weather was warm enough!
